The movers were great. Chadds team with Travis and Bryson were amazing and very professional. They wrapped and padded every piece of furniture and every entrance. They also put floor runners down for the carpets. Very professional company with the supervisor even stopping by during the move to make sure everything was running smoothly. Next Stop Movers is the place to go when you want a hassle free move with a friendly staff who take the time to properly protect your valuables and ensure it is transported safely. We ran into an issue with the rescheduling of our closing and they were very accommodating in getting our date shifted to ensure we moved in on our new closing date. During the unloading, they were very friendly and ensured every box went to the proper location. We would definitely recommend them and would use them in the future due to their professionalism.

I received excellent service from Next Stop Movers for my 2 bedroom move from Raleigh to a city several hours away, which was completed within a single day. The agent and co-owner, Hale, was professional and reassuring, and made me feel like everything would go smoothly (which it did) and even gave me his personal cell number in case there were any issues. The move was completed in a matter of a few hours, pretty amazing. The movers themselves were professional with a great sense of humor and got to work the moment they came through the door. The price was very reasonable, too, not the cheapest (there's a reason) but not crazy overpriced like Two Men and a Truck, it was the sweet spot. When calling around for quotes, make sure you pay close attention to how the agent speaks with you and behaves, how they handle details, and overall how confident you feel when you hang up. I decided to go with Next Stop because of how meticulous, detail-oriented, and knowledgable Hale was, and because the price fit my budget. Compared to the conversations with other agencies, this was a no-brainer for me. All in all, I'd highly recommend Next Stop Movers for your next move. Good luck on your next adventure!

I got several bids for my move. One company gave me a quote without an on-site visit?!? Next Stop Movers quote was within budget and was binding.Elyssa was helpful and adjusted the quote as necessary. We had to change the moving address and add a flight of stairs. Fortunately, neither change caused a price increase, but it was reassuring to know that upfront.Day of the move, Chad and Darione texted and called to let me know they were on their way. They were timely and loaded the truck quickly in the rain. They laid down blankets and we’re good about not tracking water onto the floors.We moved during the snow storm and the destination was icy and cold. The guys arrived to the location in good time. And unloaded our items in challenging conditions. They had to take a break because they were so cold. They deserved the break and I’m sure it made it difficult for them to securely handle our stuff so I’m glad they decided to do that instead of being reckless.There was one casualty, a desk. I promptly heard from Rick who would be taking care of the claim. I didn’t have to do any additional paperwork. Neither Chad or Darione had broken anything recently. Considering the challenges they faced, I’m surprised it was only the desk. Accidents happen. They did a great job.Next Stop Movers were professional in all aspects of the move from quote, moving and claim process.
